The motor speed is fixed, but in actual use, it sometimes runs at a lower or higher speed, so a frequency conversion transformation is required. . The inverter of the small skid steer loader realizes the soft start of the motor by changing the input voltage frequency of the equipment to achieve the purpose of energy saving and speed regulation, and can provide overcurrent, overvoltage, overload and other protection functions for the equipment.
1. Power selection: Generally, diesel engines for construction machinery are used. When operating in special areas, such as places above 3,000 meters above sea level, special plateau diesel small skid steer loader engines should be used;
2. Selection of machine model: It is important to select and determine according to the operating situation and purpose. Generally speaking, track-type compact skid steer loaders are used in quarries and soft base operations;
3. Selection of transmission type: Hydraulic mechanical transmission is generally used. This critical part is the choice of torque converter form. Most of the small skid steer loaders produced in China use twin turbines and single-stage two-phase torque converters.
4. When selecting a small skid steer loader, the loader's braking function should be fully considered, including multiple on-service braking, parking braking and emergency braking. There are three types of brakes: shoe, caliper and wet multi-disc. The driving mechanism of the brake generally uses an afterburner, and its power source is compressed air, gas cap oil and hydraulic pressure. Air-cap oil braking systems are commonly used, and dual-circuit braking systems are generally used to improve driving quietness.
